Traffiic Tickets:
A Plea of GUILTY: a fine and surcharge will be assessed by the Judge. A plea of guilty is equivalent to a conviction after trial. Conviction may subject you to a mandatory surcharge and/or Driver Responsibility Assessment as prescribed by law.
Plea of NOT GUILTY: you will be scheduled to appear for an in-person Pre-Trial Conference. Failure to appear may result in suspension of your driving privileges.
Reduction Requests: please review the Clinton County District Attorney's website for additional information on traffic ticket reductions. If you are pursuing a reduction, you must contact the court and request an adjournment.
